About the role: - Lead AD/AMS delivery programs from offshore. - Manage geographically distributed teams across multiple delivery models. - Ensure service stability, operational performance, SLA/KPI attainment, and customer satisfaction. - Work from the customer Global Capability Center (GCC) location. - Identify areas of growth and understand upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
